Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must satisfy these requirements
Residence
Applicants must reside in the city of Philadelphia.
Education
Applicants must be a recent (2025) high school graduate or currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
GPA
A minimum GPA of 2.75 is required.
Qualities
Applicants must demonstrate perseverance, initiative, and commitment to personal and community growth.
Funding Details
